1. Competitive percentage/mileage pay
a. Short Line: 200 miles plus, pays .96¢ plus FSC, all miles empty or loaded.
b. Local: For 0 to 150 miles load pays 60% of freight plus 68% of FSC, 151 to 199 miles load pays 75% of freight plus FSC.

Pay Days
Owner Operators are paid weekly on Friday providing paperwork is turned in by Monday before 4:00pm. Comdata, printed check, or direct deposit available. Settlements can be e-mailed or faxed on Friday.
Revenue Breakdown
A flat .95cpm on all dispatched miles.
Fuel surcharge in addition to linehaul rate.
In the rare cases there is no fuel surcharge (paid by customer/broker), none will be paid.
Owner Operator Requirements
Drivers are to be qualified through our company and a current drug screen and physical will be required at your expense taken from first settlement. Drivers must have two years verifiable experience, and licensed in the state they reside. All Freight will deduct $30.00 per week for road and fuel tax. You may either purchase through us or supply a copy of your own:
v You may provide proof of a Worker’s Compensation policy or (Occupational Accident) which you may purchase through AFS. $137.00 monthly
v Bobtail insurance policy approximate cost is $25.00 per month. (PAID)
v Physical damage policy approximate cost is $2.50 per $1000 in value.
v Deductible buy back policy. (optional) $3,000 value for $25 monthly
v 100% Reimbursement on Lumper Fee.
v Tolls (PAID) on company routes.
You must supply us a copy of your FHUT/2290 receipt to verify that you have paid for it. All Freight will pay your personal property, road and fuel taxes with our fleet and these will be charged back to you. All Freight carriers cargo and trailer liability insurance, if involved in an accident maximum charge to owner operator is $3000 – ($3000 Cargo, $3000 Third party liability and $3000 Trailer damage) not to exceed $3000 per occurrence.
Mileage is calculated by using (Randy McNally) Short Miles. In addition, you will receive 75% of other charges we bill, i.e. stops, pick-ups & detention and receive 100% of loading/unloading charges.

This minimizes the amount of time spent at shippers in the event of multi drop loads. Pallets reimbursed and advances given for expenses.
